Today, Knott’s Berry Farm announced that they will be expanding their Soak City water park for 2017. Two new water slide towers will be added, along with updated areas, cabanas and a remodeled Longboard’s Grill restaurant.

Shore Break, a 60 foot tower, is made up of six high-thrill slides. On four of the slides, the floor drops out, causing riders to plummet at a near-vertical angle. Shore Break will also feature dueling tube slides with a series of drops and turns.

Replacing the park’s current Pacific Spin slide, The Wedge raft ride will offer more of a family friendly experience. Riders will descend through a series of twists and drops before plunging into the pool below with a splash.
